Legal Secretary/Assistant - Private Client Department

We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our expanding Private Client Team at our head office in Nuneaton.

Responsibilities will include audio typing, dealing with telephone enquiries, organising and maintaining filing systems, diary management and general administration duties.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent typing skills and work in an organised and efficient manner.  They will need to be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Digital Dictation and have experience working with a Case Management System.

This is a full time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm (1 hour for lunch).
