After leaving school and a year spent in America, Martin joined the firm and after training at the College of Law in Guildford and Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1975 after gaining a distinction in commercial law in the solicitors gratifying exams and has been a partner of the firm since 1977. 

A former Partner, now a consultant, Martin has a wide area of knowledge which allows him to deal with all types of Residential property transaction and various Commercial Property transactions. Martin primarily deals with the more complex and higher value matters upon which LDJ is instructed.

Martin is ably assisted by Louise who has over 25 + years’ conveyancing experience in the department and is available to provide updates whenever necessary.

During his career Martin served on the Warwickshire Law Society Non-Contentious Business Committee for several years.
