Sam is a conveyancing specialist with nearly 20 year experience in both high street firms and volume conveyancers and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. 

Sam is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing and is comfortable dealing with complex matters such as leasehold, newbuild properties and shared ownership.  She is particularly committed to making sure that her clients receive the best possible service and enjoys assisting clients with what can be one of the most stressful experiences of their lives.

Outside of work Sam is kept busy by two children and three dogs!  She loves singing and is a member of CAOS (Coalville Amateur Operatic Society) as well as a musical theatre choir. Sam also loves travelling and is a voracious reader.
