Having graduated with a first-class honours degree from De Montfort University in 2021, Rathan joined the firm in November 2023 after working for two years as a paralegal in the property development and securitisation team at a Legal 500 law firm based in Leamington Spa.

Rathan studied the SQE part time whilst gaining his qualifying work experience at the firm and qualified as a Solicitor within our Commercial Property Team in June 2026. 

Outside of work, Rathan enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with family and friends. Rathan also enjoys training his big dog, a Cane Corso, and taking him for long walks.
